The Festival will be held on Saturday, October 14th, 2023 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm.
The Festival will be held in Riverbend Park at the base of the Medford Wind Turbine behind the McGlynn Middle School.

In case of rain, the festival will be held inside McGlynn Middle School. The date and time will not change.
The festival is completely free to attend, with the option to purchase food or various green products. There will also be a free raffle.
For exhibitors to host a table, the cost depends on your organization type (see below).
Local businesses and organizations will have tables to show off their green practices and products. There will be electronics and clothing recycling, paper shredding, food, and live music from Matt Heaton and Trail Mix. Tours of “Windy” the wind turbine will also be offered. Yes! We are looking for volunteers to help set up, break down, and direct traffic during the event. If you would be available to volunteer, please fill out this form by October 10th.

We are also accepting donations to our free raffle. If you know any businesses or organizations that might be willing to donate items, please reach out to enviro@medford-ma.gov

The deadline for exhibitors to reserve a table is 10/1/22
We strongly encourage all organizations interested in participating to submit their forms as early as possible. The earlier we receive your forms, the earlier we can advertise that you are coming!

For exhibitors to host a table, the cost depends on your organization type:
School and Student Organizations: No Cost
Music and Performance Groups: No Cost
Government Organizations: $20/table
Non-profit and Community Organizations: $20/table
Commercial Entities: $40/table
Official Sponsorship: $100/table
Official Sponsorship: $250/table
If your organization sponsors our festival, your name or logo will be featured on our website and advertising material. We usually expect around 300-400 people to attend the event and our outreach materials will be posted all over town, meaning a lot of people will see your logo. Higher level sponsors will also be “spotlighted” on all of our social media.
If you are unable to attend, you can still help us out by donating to our raffle or becoming an official sponsor. Examples of past raffle items include:
- Gift certificates
- Organic produce boxes
- A 30 day trial gym membership
- Sample products
- T-shirts/Apparel
Raffle items and sponsorships are a great way to get the word out about your organization. Plus, the better the raffle, the more people will be attracted to the event. If you would be interested in this, please contact Lauretta at enviro@medford-ma.gov
Yes, but you will need to request it ahead of time on your exhibitor form. Please bring your own outdoor extension cord if possible.
A table and two chairs can be provided to each exhibitor, although we are short this year so we encourage you to bring your own. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing your own table or any other equipment we should know about.
